Key responsibilities & impact

manage the development and execution of strategic communications that cultivate and sustain partnerships with corporations, foundations, gift-in-kind (GIK) partners, and individual supporters
translate program impact into compelling proposals, reports, presentations, and content that secures funding
facilitate ministry activities and contribute to OB’s Biblical mission

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field or 2-4 years’ equivalent experience
Proven knowledge, understanding and experience in project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive communications
Experience developing proposals, reports, stewardship communications, and donor-facing materials
