About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • To fuel our growth, we are looking for entrepreneurial, purpose-driven experts who share our vision of making mental well-being direct, approachable, and impactful.
  • At OpenUp, we focus on prevention. We don’t diagnose; we provide guidance for life’s everyday challenges - whether it’s work-related stress, self-confidence, relationship dynamics, or finding direction in uncertain times.
  • We offer planned and on-demand video consults seven days a week, ensuring people can access support when they need it most - no long waits, no barriers. In each session (usually 25 minutes), you’ll help clients set clear, actionable goals and guide them toward meaningful first steps.
  • Our mission is to help people build skills and autonomy, so they feel confident to continue their journey independently. Many clients find they gain what they need in just a few focused conversations - thanks to your structured, goal-oriented support.
  • You’ll engage with a wide variety of people, from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries, and you’ll have opportunities to grow through weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development. We work together to make mental well-being accessible, practical, and empowering for everyone.

  • A team player who thrives independently and takes ownership of personal and professional growth.
  • A natural connector: you create a safe, supportive space for clients and act decisively to help them move forward.
