Key responsibilities & impact

Align teams, funding, dependencies, schedules, risks, and decisions across data platforms, analytics, governance, software, and artificial intelligence initiatives
Establish the program operating rhythm and maintain an integrated view of scope and commitments
Surface problems while options remain open and provide executives and delivery teams with trustworthy status
Build integrated program plans connecting workstreams, milestones, dependencies, resources, and decision points
Establish governance and delivery rhythms that keep owners, risks, issues, and commitments visible
Define benefits and outcome measures showing whether the program produces mission value
Drive risk, issue, and dependency mitigation and precise escalation
Provide executive reporting, working-level coordination, and durable documentation
Test technical assumptions, challenge estimates, and recognize technical issues threatening program outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Working foundation in program or project delivery across multiple teams, workstreams, or vendors
Experience managing scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive decisions
Technical fluency in data, analytics, software, cloud, or artificial intelligence sufficient to assess delivery assumptions and consequences
Ability to establish meaningful performance measures and connect project outputs to program benefits
Clear written and oral communication, disciplined documentation, and sound judgment in regulated or mission-critical environments
Openings may require Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery experience
Openings may require acquisition or vendor management experience
Openings may require knowledge of a particular federal mission
