What you’ll need

U.S. citizenship (this initial engagement may be staffed by U.S. citizens only)
Ability to obtain a Public Trust determination
Strong Python and hands-on experience building secure REST APIs (FastAPI or similar) on AWS
The backend fundamentals behind them: PostgreSQL, authentication and access control, and clean, automated delivery
The judgment to build in a regulated federal environment where security and auditability are not optional
