About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and assess qualified leads, develop new outreach strategies, and maintain a well-organized pipeline.
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to prospects, arranging qualified meetings for the Sales Lead to close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and new business with existing clients.
- Contribute to the development of sales tactics and participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in sales, business development or a customer-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for sales and eagerness to learn the sales process, products, and industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Adaptability to client needs and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
