About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet with homeowners to assess needs and present exterior solutions
- Perform inspections (roofs, siding, gutters) and provide estimates
- Follow a proven consultative sales process with high close rates
- Run both company-provided and self-generated leads
- Prospect and generate referrals through canvassing, networking, and community events
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
- Ability to safely climb and walk residential roofs
- A positive, customer-first attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in high-ticket B2C or construction sales (roofing/siding preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter mindset with a drive to win and grow
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with tech platforms
