Project Manager

• Oversee full project lifecycle—from initial planning and stakeholder engagement to execution, change management, and post-launch support.
• Deliver ERP implementation projects for OSI across North America and Europe.
• Represent OSI to clients, foster relationships with stakeholders and third parties; ensure successful delivery within timeframes and budgets.
• Follow OSI’s implementation methodology; engage in knowledge sharing and adopt best practices.
• Prepare resource schedules, forecasts and budgeting reports; maintain project plans and schedules in internal OSI systems.
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Approve outgoing invoices to customers and eliminate billing leakage.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders through presentations and meetings; make timely, fact-based project decisions.
• Demonstrate ability to plan, lead, manage, and deliver small to medium projects or major streams within larger programs.
• Design, implement and operate risk and change management processes; engage in pre-sales activities with customers.
