About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage corporate channels, including social media, website, intranet and newsletters
Plan, produce and publish content for internal and external audiences
Support relationships with journalists and media outlets, including drafting press releases, handling media inquiries and coordinating interviews
Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
Participate in organizing and promoting institutional events
Monitor communication KPIs and prepare performance reports
Manage vendors, contracts and administrative requests for the area
Support communication for strategic projects and act in sensitive or crisis situations when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in São Paulo (capital) or the São Paulo metropolitan area
Minimum 5 years of experience in Communications
Experience in corporate communications and social media management
Experience in media relations/press office work, including drafting press releases, handling media inquiries and supporting events/interviews
Experience producing and preparing internal and external content
Experience with monitoring and metrics for digital communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple demands and engage with diverse audiences
Proactive, collaborative profile with autonomy to execute activities
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field
