About the role
- Partner with clients from day one to understand their business needs and shape solutions
- Define high-level product requirements, MVP scopes, and roadmaps
- Translate business goals into technical architectures and delivery plans
- Lead proposal creation (business framing + product requirements + technical approach)
- Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and accountability
- Be a trusted advisor to clients and mentor engineering teams internally
- Help codify Oowlish’s playbooks to enable scaling beyond any single leader
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or product/technical consulting
- Strong technical breadth (cloud, APIs, modern architectures)
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams/projects and communicate with C-level stakeholders
- Experience defining product requirements and MVPs
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus)
- Background in consulting/outsourcing firms, CTO/co-founder experience, or similar entrepreneurial roles
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing into CTO/Partner role
