About the role

  • Collaborate with premier clients from the United States and Europe, contributing to pioneering digital solutions.
  • Design and implement backend systems primarily using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Use AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, LLM-based assistants.
  • Build faster without compromising architecture, testing discipline, QA processes, or release stability.
  • Operate autonomously and take ownership of architectural decisions when needed.
  • Help evolve how engineering teams work in an AI-accelerated environment.

Requirements

  • Strong backend engineering experience (Node.js / TypeScript environment).
  • Experience operating autonomously as a Product Engineer or senior backend contributor.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools in real development workflows.
  • Strong architectural thinking and system design skills.
  • Deep understanding of testing, QA, and release processes.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical execution.
  • Experience improving CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience scaling QA processes in high-velocity teams.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in AI-accelerated development environments.
