About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust test automation frameworks.
- Write, execute, and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to create comprehensive test plans.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and fast releases.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve them.
- Generate reports on test coverage, automation progress, and product quality metrics.
- Continuously improve QA tools, methodologies, and documentation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as PHP, JavaScript, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Playwright (preferred), Robot, Selenium, or Postman.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and ability to write automated API tests.
