About the role
- Design enterprise-grade user experiences across iOS, Android, and web for B2B and white-label products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for complex, data-rich applications
- Translate user research and business requirements into clear, elegant, and scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define user flows and feature behavior
- Design interfaces that make complex health and AI-driven insights understandable and usable
- Build, evolve, and maintain a scalable design system across multiple B2B clients and products
- Support usability testing, experimentation, and continuous product optimization in real-world enterprise contexts
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Strong expertise in Figma (components, variants, libraries, prototyping)
- Proven experience designing and maintaining design systems
- Solid UX research skills (interviews, usability testing, synthesis)
- Ability to design for complex products , not just marketing surfaces
- Nice to haves UX writing and information architecture skills
- Motion and micro-interaction design
- Basic front-end or technical understanding (to collaborate effectively with engineers)
- Experience in health, wellness, data-heavy, or B2B SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design workflows and tools
