About the role
- You ensure that LinkedIn becomes a reproducible, scalable sales channel for OnStage
- You play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure OnStage continuously acquires qualified leads and customers through LinkedIn
- Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs according to guidelines and system)
- Structured follow-ups and conversation management (authentic, human-first engagement with the target audience)
- Relationship building and social selling (commenting and engaging with the target audience in the feed)
Requirements
- Strong social and communication skills
- Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or telesales is a plus)
- Structured, independent working style
- LinkedIn or social media experience helpful but not required
