About the role

  • You ensure that LinkedIn becomes a reproducible, scalable sales channel for OnStage
  • You play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure OnStage continuously acquires qualified leads and customers through LinkedIn
  • Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs according to guidelines and system)
  • Structured follow-ups and conversation management (authentic, human-first engagement with the target audience)
  • Relationship building and social selling (commenting and engaging with the target audience in the feed)

Requirements

  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or telesales is a plus)
  • Structured, independent working style
  • LinkedIn or social media experience helpful but not required
