About the role

  • You ensure that LinkedIn becomes a reproducible, scalable sales channel for OnStage.
  • You play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure that OnStage consistently gains new qualified leads and customers via LinkedIn.
  • Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs according to guidelines and system)
  • Structured follow-ups and conversation management (authentic, human interactions with the target audience)
  • Relationship building & social selling (commenting on and engaging with the target audience in the feed)

Requirements

  • Very strong social and communication skills
  • Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or phone-based selling is an advantage)
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • LinkedIn or social media experience helpful but not required
