About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Holistic support of our Key Account customers from order receipt to delivery using the ERP system "Navision" and AI tools to assist with recurring tasks
- Timely processing and allocation of customer orders, ensuring successful dispatch and directly resolving delivery shortfalls
- Compliance with our defined service levels toward Sales and customers within our brand promise "Creating Convenience"
- Continuous improvement of our processes in collaboration with our specialist departments and customers
- Coordination and setup of automated replenishment orders
- Ongoing maintenance of customer master data and attributes
- Monitoring and management of open items
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification
- Several years of experience supporting major customers in inside sales
- Experience with ERP and EDI systems as well as data-driven reporting and analysis
- Openness to adopt new technologies and initial experience with AI-supported tools
- Analytical understanding and an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset and working style
- Service-oriented with strong communication skills in German and English
