About the role
- Manage and engage our social media channels (X, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, and LinkedIn) by creating compelling content for our community
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals using Figma and Canva
- Create and edit videos to promote our projects, especially for TikTok
- Analyze post performance and adjust communication strategies to maximize engagement and visibility
- Moderate conversations on our platforms and maintain close contact with the community
- Contribute to the development of communication campaigns to promote the Tonight Pass app and partner events
Requirements
- Proficient with major social platforms (X, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, LinkedIn) and attuned to what performs well on each
- Able to create attractive visual and video content using tools such as Figma, Canva, and CapCut
- Good understanding of digital communication strategies and able to adapt tone and style according to the platform
- Creative and proactive, with ideas to engage the community and boost engagement
- Organized, autonomous, and able to work collaboratively with the marketing and development teams to coordinate activities
