About the role

  • Ensure integration of new styles according to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
  • Ensure window displays follow VM guidelines
  • Ensure daily merchandise replenishment
  • Maintain stockroom organization
  • Ensure new merchandise is unpacked
  • Provide product feedback to the Store Manager and buyers
  • Provide feedback and collaborate with the responsible Area Visual Manager (AVM)
  • Manage the Top 20 and Top 40 lists
  • Daily monitoring and analysis of sales figures
  • Responsible for 'Best Sold' sales activities
  • Participate in scheduled sales-only days on a rotating basis (cover Saturday shifts as needed or routinely)
