About the role
- Coordinate day-to-day store operations
- (Further) develop your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implement visual presentation guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Ensure efficient and effective staff scheduling
- Conduct commercial/financial analysis of the store
- Actively engage in sales
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail
- Preferably prior experience in store management
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- High interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
