About the role
- You coordinate daily business operations
- Ongoing development of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation/merchandising guidelines
- Planning in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning
- Financial analysis of the store

Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and ideally prior store management experience
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
