About the role
- Co-responsible for all in-store operations
- Create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- Coordinate daily business in consultation with the Store Manager
- Keep an eye on overall commercial performance
- Assist and support the Store Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., retail or business administration)
- A knack for numbers and strong commercial/business sense
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- True team player with strong communication skills
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
