About the role
- You coordinate daily store operations
- Develop and advance your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implement visual merchandising and presentation guidelines
- Plan in-store activities and promotions
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Analyze store performance and profitability
- Active selling and customer engagement
Requirements
- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail, ideally with prior store management experience
- Strong affinity for numbers and good commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
