About the role
- Coordinate daily store operations
- Develop and further the skills of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implement visual merchandising guidelines
- Plan store activities and events
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Conduct financial and performance analysis of the store

Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training (e.g., retail apprenticeship)
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail
- Ideally experience in store management
- Strong numerical skills and good commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
