About the role
- You oversee day-to-day store operations
- (Further) development of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation and display standards
- Planning and organizing in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff scheduling
- Financial/operational analysis of the store
- Active selling and driving sales
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or retail field
- Experience as a store manager in apparel/textile retail
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
