About the role
- Leading and developing your store managers
- Close collaboration with Buying, Merchandising and Brand Management
- Responsibility for all personnel in your area
- Responsibility for the optimal organization of your stores
- Implementation of company guidelines and adherence to our routines
- Personnel development, conducting training and onboarding
- Ensuring staffing plans aligned with store traffic
- Leading by example in service and customer focus
- Active selling on the shop floor
- Leading and conducting inventory counts

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Area Manager
- Leadership skills and managerial experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Proactive attitude and awareness of the importance of leading by example
- Completed vocational training in the textile/apparel sector
- Strong interest in fashion and market knowledge
- Strong numerical skills and commercial/business acumen
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
