About the role
- You are jointly responsible for all shop operations
- You create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- You coordinate the daily business in consultation with your Shop Manager
- You continuously monitor the overall commercial performance
- You support the Shop Manager in an assisting role
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- You have a solid completed commercial/business qualification
- You have an affinity for numbers and strong business acumen
- You have a strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- You are a true team player with strong communication skills
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
