About the role
- Co-responsible for all shop operations
- Create a great shopping experience for customers together with the team
- Coordinate daily business in consultation with the Store Manager
- Keep an eye on the overall commercial results at all times
- Assist and support the Store Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training
- Strong affinity for numbers and a solid commercial/business mindset
- Great interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- Absolute team player with strong communication skills
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
