About the role
- Leading and developing your store managers
- Close collaboration with Purchasing, Merchandising and Brand Management
- Responsibility for all staff within your area
- Responsibility for the optimal organization of your stores
- Implementing company directives and ensuring adherence to our routines
- Staff development, conducting trainings and workshops
- Ensuring staff scheduling aligned with store traffic
- Role-modeling service and customer orientation
- Actively selling on the shop floor
- Leading and conducting inventory counts
- Planning promotions and activities for your area
Requirements
- Professional experience as an Area Manager
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- A proactive attitude and an understanding of the importance of leading by example
- Completed vocational training in the textile/apparel sector
- Strong interest in fashion and knowledge of the market
- Strong numeracy and commercial/business-minded thinking
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
