About the role
- Establish and develop the retail structure in the Lower Austria region
- Manage stores based on KPIs
- Responsible for growth and sales together with the Store Managers
- Coach the Shop Managers
Requirements
- Experience in regional management
- Motivational leadership skills
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of success
- Sense of urgency and strong commitment
- Able to communicate fluently in German and English
