About the role
- Coordinate daily store operations
- Continuous training and development of the team through training sessions and briefings
- Merchandising – implementing visual merchandising guidelines
- Plan and schedule in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Store financial performance analysis
- Proactive selling and customer engagement
Requirements
- Completed commercial or retail vocational training
- Experience in textile retail and, if possible, in store management
- Strong numerical skills and sound commercial/business judgment
- Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Knowledge of German
- Proficient with MS Office
- Good knowledge of English and German
