About the role
- You coordinate daily store operations
- (Further) develop your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implement presentation/visual merchandising guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Analyse store performance and profitability
- Actively drive sales on the shop floor
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., retail apprenticeship)
- Experience as a store manager in the textile/apparel retail sector
- Strong numeracy and good commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite
