About the role
- You coordinate day-to-day store operations
- Develop and grow your team through training and guidance
- Merchandising – implement visual presentation and display guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff scheduling
- Conduct financial and performance analysis of the store

Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail, preferably with prior store management experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and good commercial/business sense
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
