About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for monitoring and responding to service inquiries via social media for our FMCG client.
- You write careful and creative responses to users' concerns.
- You produce reports in Excel and PowerPoint formats as well as via our reporting tools.
- You independently take on smaller projects within social media management.
- You support our social media team with day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a currently enrolled student.
- You are available up to 20 hours per week.
- You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- You work independently and in a structured manner.
- You communicate well, are a quick learner, and have a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- You can write (short) texts that are linguistically engaging and error-free.
- You are open-minded, tolerant, and enthusiastic about the #OneTwoTeam.
- If something doesn’t work as it should, you approach it with a solution-oriented mindset.
