About the role

  • You create viral social content pieces that people like, comment on, and share — on TikTok, Instagram & other platforms
  • You develop ideas & concepts that work — from trend snippets to campaign moments
  • You collaborate closely with Social Media Management & Concept teams to turn insights into stories that perform
  • You edit, animate, and craft cuts — and know how to turn seconds into attention
  • You spot trends before they appear in the feed and bring them into the team
  • You coach other creators, provide feedback, and set the quality standard

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social or content creation (agency, brand, creator)
  • Confident user of Premiere, After Effects, CapCut & similar tools
  • You think in stories, formats & KPIs — and create content that performs
  • You work independently, stay calm under pressure, and are eager to help the team grow
  • Bonus: experience on shoots or in directing on set? We’d love to hear about it!
