About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a portfolio of simple customer implementation projects and support the creation of project plans
Monitor tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects meet service-delivery expectations for quality and timeliness
Create meeting notes, schedules, and documentation; seek clarification when needed
Build rapport with customers and internal teams; document decisions and route questions effectively
Keep project status updated in RocketLane and maintain accurate delivery health reporting
Flag risks early, propose mitigation ideas, and escalate blockers within 24 hours
Learn and understand core PMO standards
Participate in governance activities and apply PMO governance standards to each project
Support a positive customer experience through clear communication, expectation management, and timely responses
Learn OSV platforms, delivery processes, and new tools rapidly; adopt them effectively
Support other project managers and the PMO team with administrative functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
0–3 years of experience in project management or program coordination
Comfortable learning new technologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability
Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities
Takes ownership of outcomes and follows through on commitments
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
Effective communication skills across all mediums
Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools, and collaboration tools
