About the role
- Responsible for supervising a team of payroll employees
- Process, settle, and fulfill payroll
- Customer-facing interactions to solve inquiries via the OneSource ticketing system
- Coach and train the payroll team to ensure compliance
- Coordinate project activities
- Act as primary client contact to improve customer satisfaction
- Identify issues impacting satisfaction and solicit cross-selling opportunities
- Lead daily activities and ensure quality standards
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- At least 5 years of Payroll / Tax experience
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Associate degree preferred
- FPC or CPP certification preferred
