Key responsibilities & impact- Guide a functional team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Apply deep OSV service and system knowledge to enhance service consulting and delivery
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and mentor junior team members
- Administer yearly goal setting/performance review criteria & conduct discussions with the team
- Lead efforts to improve processes and efficiencies for the team and related areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Four or more years of progressive experience in tax consulting, tax operations, or a related advisory role
- Expertise with Workday or other HRIS platform
- Mentoring or leadership experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
