About the role
- Maintain tax profile data for OSV customers
- Process tax profile updates into multiple systems
- Act as a point of contact for tax inquiries
- Manage cases for assigned customer teams
- Maintain customer tax profiles by updating internal systems
- Analyze employee and employer-level payroll tax data
- Meet deadlines for ad hoc reports and inquiries
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers
Requirements
- Associate's degree
- Payroll Tax experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of multistate tax jurisdiction
- Payroll Tax outsourcing experience (preferred)
