- Build financial enterprise business applications
- Analyze project requirements and recommend solutions
- Provide input into product roadmaps and manage product backlog
- Support service delivery and client relationships

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, enterprise financials systems manager or functional consultant
- Ability to explain complex business processes to a variety of audiences
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- Experience working with HRIS system, Workday preferred
- Knowledge of highly regulated environments such as Finance or Healthcare
- Experience with User experience, associated elements (personas, journeys, design thinking, user flows, wireframes, user stories) and decomposition, road-mapping
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related area preferred.
