Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and customize Salesforce applications (Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, ...)
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems via APIs and web services, ensuring smooth communication between platforms.
Optimize Salesforce application performance and ensure scalability.
Participate in code reviews and share development best practices within the team.
Explore and implement the latest Salesforce features to keep our solutions at the cutting edge.
Develop efficient automations to improve business processes and reduce manual tasks.
Ensure that all developed solutions comply with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with design and data teams to create integrated, user-centered solutions.
Participate in feedback and continuous improvement sessions to refine development practices and optimize application performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree from an engineering school or a university in computer science.
2 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong proficiency in technical components (Apex, LWC, Flows, etc.).
Experience in system integration and API development.
Fluent technical English, with the ability to document and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Certifications are a plus and a willingness to continue learning the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
