About the role
- Assist clients' customers with their issues
- Complete e-learning training
- Access a knowledge base for each client
- Use Onepilot technology to respond effectively to inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Work from home and get paid for each resolved ticket
Requirements
- Comfortable with new technologies
- Problem-solving skills; curious and proactive
- Enjoy written and verbal communication
- Available at least 20 hours per week
