About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop creatives for social ads: design and produce engaging and effective creatives for various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Collaborate with our marketing team: work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency of brand messaging and CI (corporate identity) and to increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Concept and execution: develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience and help achieve marketing goals.
Optimize our ads: continuously analyze and improve social ad performance by adjusting and optimizing creatives based on feedback and performance data.
Create visual concepts and assets for landing pages and implement them using our in-house AI-assisted page builder software.
Produce reports, infographics, and presentation designs.
Develop creatives for Google Display ads and image extensions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have at least 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in social media advertising and marketing.
Strong knowledge of common design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience creating static and motion ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Some experience with AI assistants for designing concepts and visual elements, and a willingness to explore AI capabilities.
Ability to understand user needs and create engaging, functional designs based on those insights.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to quickly develop creative, innovative design solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
A structured approach to work and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
