About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Team leadership: You are the main point of contact for your online marketing team, continuously develop them and provide constructive feedback.
Strategy development: You develop the company’s marketing strategy together with management and select marketing channels, communication concepts and target-group specific measures to match it.
Campaign ownership: You coordinate a variety of performance marketing channels and are responsible for monitoring performance metrics, reporting and preparing analyses, e.g. Google Analytics.
Campaign optimization: You take a leading role in optimizing these campaigns.
Brand & performance: With your in-depth knowledge of brand and performance marketing, you drive the further development of our brand and increase reach effectively with creative ideas and data-driven approaches.
Stakeholder management: You act as an interface to other departments and external service providers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, media or communication studies, e-commerce) or have an equivalent successful qualification.
You have several years of experience in online marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment.
You are passionate about data-driven processes and have excellent knowledge of the various performance marketing channels.
You have successfully managed a team and can motivate its members.
You bring strong communication skills, empathy and high social competence.
You have excellent organizational skills, set clear priorities and maintain oversight of multiple tasks.
Your profile is rounded off by creativity and a hands-on mentality.
You have a solid understanding of how generative AI — primarily Claude — works and where it delivers real value.
You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
