Key responsibilities & impact

Lead or support multiple Business Process Optimization functions including project management and business process mapping.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Procore administrator, product owner, or power user in a construction or engineering environment.
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, compliance, safety, and quality control standards.
Experience with business process analysis, project delivery, and change management.
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and construction turnover documentation.
Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and functions.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, MIS, or a combination of formal education and relevant experience preferred.
