Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and lead the Measurement BPO team to identify and implement process or technology improvement opportunities
Stay abreast of the suite of measurement software applications and their functionality
Coordinate with application owners to incorporate beneficial changes
Collaborate with all impacted stakeholders on priorities to ensure the highest value opportunities are prioritized
Develop, mentor and coach team of employees that collaborate and drive toward business results
Review solutions, plans, reports and documents developed by team and provide effective guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, engineering, accounting, or computer system development
Experience with the midstream energy industry pertaining to Measurement technology solutions development (FLOWCAL, TESTit, ProveIT, etc.)
Experience in business or process analysis, project management procedures and best practices
Experience defining, documenting, and implementing project requirements, testing, training and issuing resolutions
Experience managing portfolios of work and communicating status to all levels of the organization
Knowledge of combined efforts across companywide functions
