Provide strategic research leadership to guide product decisions and align with project goals
Plan and execute comprehensive user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, tree testing) and analyze data to inform product strategy and IA decisions
Design and optimize site structures, navigation systems, taxonomies, and content organization to ensure findability and intuitive user flows
Establish and maintain research repositories, participant recruitment processes, and standardized methodologies across teams
Use Figma to create user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, sitemaps, and wireframes communicating research insights and IA recommendations
Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and content strategists to translate research findings into actionable insights
Stay current with UX research methodologies and IA best practices and leverage emerging tools
Present research findings, IA recommendations, and strategic insights through presentations and documentation
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years in UX research and/or information architecture
Strong portfolio showcasing user research methodologies and IA design (mandatory)
Expertise in Figma for documentation, user flows, journey maps, sitemaps, and wireframes
Experience planning and executing interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, tree testing, and data analysis
Familiarity with research tools (UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, Maze) and analytics platforms
Experience establishing research repositories, participant recruitment processes, and standardized research methodologies
Proven track record of impactful research projects
