About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead product and market development efforts
- support the software development process from inception through commercialization
- partner with engineers, bankers, and internal/external stakeholders
- build technical solutions and implement key measurements
- lead internal technical conversations
- implement and manage robust risk systems
- define a clear and compelling vision for products
- align stakeholders around product vision
- monitor the market and conduct competitive analyses
- create and maintain the company's product roadmap
- gather and document product requirements
- prioritize product features and capabilities
- understand and represent user needs
- work closely with CEO and CTO to refine product strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- technology related education
- proficiency in Javascript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, Git, SQL or NoSQL Database, Typescript, MongoDB, Azure/AWS/Google Cloud, No-Code or Low-Code solutions
- ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
- proficient in communication across different mediums
- quick to learn new tools and excited by innovation
- strong organizational skills
- positive team collaboration and sharing ideas
