About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a client list or manage clients out of the service queue and provide exceptional customer service.
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries, as part of ongoing support for your client set.
- Educate customers on how to use the system to process payroll.
- Assist clients with payroll support and general inquiries.
- Participate in the Client Service team meetings.
- Take incoming customer phone calls from the support queue.
- Accurately and completely document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Facilitate cross-departmental interaction with other teams, to ensure open communications for the benefit of our clients’ success.
- Continuously seek out process improvement opportunities and take ownership to implement positive change.
- Assist in the Distribution function and other areas as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- SaaS experience preferred
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Attention to detail & results oriented
