• Provide support for the development and execution of the region’s growth marketing initiatives to meet dynamic sales goals for the region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored, high-impact RFP responses, ensuring that all proposals are compelling, clear, and aligned with client needs while highlighting the company’s unique value proposition
• Maintain and update the RFP platform and library of responses, ensuring all content is organized, easily accessible, and aligned with the latest company offerings, allowing for efficient and accurate proposal development
• Lead the creation and delivery of persuasive finalist presentations, partnering closely with producers and sales teams to craft messaging that resonates with prospective clients and positions the company as the ideal partner
• Work directly with producers and sales teams to support lead generation and close sales opportunities, providing insights, data, and strategic recommendations that enhance client interactions and move prospects through the sales funnel
• Collaborate on brand awareness activities in the region, including regional growth enablement resources, growth event marketing, key market messaging and execution
• Curate regional content development and execution for all marketing channels, including media (online and print), website and social, and branded collateral
• Develop and execute regional marketing plans to support organic growth opportunities —including digital lead generation activities, content strategies, brand awareness initiatives, print collaterals, webinars, social and PR
• Support regional growth event marketing initiatives and provide consulting on event marketing best practices to offices in the region
• Collaborate with sales, client services and IT to manage, maintain, scrub and renew data used for digital marketing deliverables
