About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end coordination of PEO RFP responses, including gathering census data, plan design details, pricing inputs, and compliance requirements
Ensure all RFP submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
Act as the primary liaison between sales and underwriting to ensure clean, complete submissions
Prepare and assemble PEO closing kits, including service agreements, census data, and required compliance documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce) including deal stage, notes, next steps, and documentation
Serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, Legal, Implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in complex B2B sales support
Experience managing multi-step complex deal cycles (preferred: RFPs and underwriting processes)
Preferred understanding of: Employee benefits, Payroll data, Risk/underwriting workflows
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (data validation), and presentation tools
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
