Senior Retirement Plan Specialist
OneDigitalSenior Retirement Plan Specialist working with clients to manage 401k plans and assist employees with retirement questions. Supporting plan administration and implementation as needed.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with clients to manage all client sponsored 401k plan administration
- Support 401k Manager, as needed, to provide support for Resourcing Edge 401k plan administration
- Partner with Implementation and Client coordinating with 401k provider
- Work with clients and providers to set up new retirement plans
- Assist employees with retirement questions
- Review data entry changes made to the payroll system QC all changes
- Assist terminated clients with plan transfers
- Work with our internal teams to answer client and employee questions
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 5 years of experience with 401k plans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Prism navigation is a plus
- PEO experience
